employers. This app is ideal for anyone who needs to find or fill a job. Whether you’re trying to fill an opening or expand into a new neighborhood, Ergool can help.

How Does Ergool Work?

It’s easy, just swipe your way to the job you love!

Built like a modern dating app, Ergool uses the latest technology to connect its users with all
possible matches based on the criteria provided. We improve the quality of your job
Matches by cutting down on the clutter you’d see on traditional job boards like Indeed and LinkedIn. We use technology to help you find the perfect candidate.
Within the app, there are two different options:
Business owners/employers post jobs and qualifications, and filter through candidate matches.
Job seekers post previous work experience and fill out a profile and then swipe right on their dream job.
Create a profile in the app, including desired location, hours and availability, and any
special skills you might have or would like your employee to possess.
When you see a job or a candidate you like, just swipe right! If it’s a match, you will be notified within the app that you have a match and then you can get connected through in-app messaging system, providing a safe and easy way to communicate and discuss the role further.

You don’t need to upload a resume or fill out any paperworks while applying for a job or hunting for talents.

Privacy: Employers will only be shown the candidates relevant information based on skills and availability. Candidate’s gender, age, and race will not be available until a match is made, preventing those looking for a job from being discriminated against based on first glance.
